Crosley Radio model 11-110U Jeweler's Radio

The Crosley "Princess" model 11-110u radio was made especially for jewelry dealers.
The 1950 patent shows it was designed by Carl Reynolds Jr.
who also created the popular Crosley "Bullseye".
It is an unusual design using reverse-painted clear lucite.
They are fragile and are rarely found without cabinet issues;
They develop stress hairlines in the plastic and the paint commonly is crazed or lifting.
It has a very stylish radio dial with a sparkle enameled pointer.
It was marketed in 1951 and available in different finishes,
designated by their model numbers;
