Pacific Radio model 30, green plaskon, magic eye tube

This is a scarce 1939 green plaskon Pacific model 30. (Schematic)
Red and green versions are extremely rare. Brown and white examples surface more often but are rare as well.
This is a 3-knob, 2-band AM/Shortwave radio. They are seldom found with the green magic "eye" tube included.

Different dials and knob configurations were available with a tuning "eye" tube as an option.
Other distributors offered these radios with their name decals added or embossed in the cabinets.
Brand names included Lafayette, Detrola, Goldentone and others.
Below is a page from a Goldentone brochure showing some of the options.
