This is a midget set only 6 inches wide with a 4 tube chassis in a cherry red plaskon cabinet.
These were also available with black, brown or white plaskon cabinets as seen in the 1939 ads below.
The Riders radio manuals show that models 6195, 6196 and 6197 match the chassis layout and schematic this radio uses.
It has a Silvertone 109.216-1 chassis as the bottom label shows and luckily the schematic is included on a label still inside the radio.
The Silvertone model 6116 with the identical cabinet, has a different tube line-up using chassis 109.278.
